    Wheel pizza is my favorite place in lawrence. SO CHEAP & so close to the bull & hawk. Definitely worth the walk after a drunk night out or even on a chill night with your friends. Never thought I'd try honey on a pizza but here I am & I don't think I'll ever go back.

    TBH, I have never tasted the Wheel Pizza sober, but I just can't imagine it being a disappointment!  The crust is hand braided and fluffy.  It has just the right amount of chewiness.  The Pepperoni is my favorite!  It's got a decent amount of toppings and it's just over $2 a slice!  They have honey, which is a must on top!  The honey is worth it, even though somehow I always end up covered in it!  The staff who work the in the pizza booth are always super nice and will occasionally crack a pretty good joke!  I highly recommend, it's definitely a Lawrence tradition!

    The bar that's on top of the pizza booth is a typical college bar, the walls are littered with graffiti and people signing their names!  But that's also what gives it character and charm!  The wheel is a staple and you have to appreciate it for what it is- tradition!

    Excellent pizzeria establishment. A great place to grab a slice (or two) after a night out on the town. I would 100% recommend drizzling their honey over your slice for best results. If you have not tried this you need to, and if you have you know exactly what I'm talking about. Very delicious, very neat, very dank.
